The finest fresh ingredients are placed in a traditional copper cauldron. These ingredients are carefully mixed and brought to a temperature of between 230F and 240F. Then the hot liquid fudge is poured onto a marble slab. At this time other ingredients may be added such as raisins, biscuits, and nuts to create traditional flaours.

While the fudge is still cooling it is hand crafted into a long brick shape, then it is cut up into squares, ready for you to enjoy to enjoy at the festival.
